  The outside tellers at the FNB Woodbridge centre are almost always out of order. This is an ongoing problem especially for the clients who basically only make use of your tellers seeing that we can't deposit an amount less than R10000 inside the branch. Up your game people

  Please don’t use this bank at all!!! People in the bank give out information for criminals who follow you and rob you!! We’ve been robbed twice from the bank both times the same routine from inside the bank. They knew exactly how much money we withdrew and where we put it. Keep in mind nobody else was inside the tellers with time of the transaction.

  Sadly there is a lack of management, long ATM queues, deposit ATMS not working. Staff who think they work...oh ja, sorry hey, just stand in the queue for the one machine. When the Manager was informed ja ne, lekker to sit behind the desk and manage. Worst possible management and nothing is done....nothing. Why does google not have a minus rating. Thank goodness I close my bank account today!

  This is one of the worst Fnb' ever. In general all Fnb have extremely long queues at their ATM and even inside. After several communication to the branch manager and the area manager, nothing had been done to improve this. They just dont give a dam, and Fnb says, How can we help you. It is a joke. The question is why do other banks get it right but Fnb cannot.
