  One teller open. Ticketing systems don't help if your waiting time is still more than 30 minutes. Your staff are amazing and friendly but your waiting times are terrible.

  Have always been happy after walking out of there, but lately the service hasn't been good at all when it comes to collection of cards. I waited so long to be helped the one time, and then the ticket number was calling numbers that didn't even exist, i asked someone and she said i must wait my turn, by now i had been waiting 20 minutes and there were about 3 other members so they won't busy at all. I was next in line, got attitude so I just walked out. Now i need to go back, HELP

  same thing every time- one atm working and a queue going around the block. always one clueless customer who needs to have their hand held when they working the one ATM for half an hour- youd think they were trying to figure out how to work a nuclear reactor

  Not even busy at all, been sitting for over 20minutes and not one new person has been helped, the consultants have all been busy with the same customers for over 20min. What a joke, stay clear. Have now been here for nearly 50minutes and they have called ONE ticket only, in 50minutes.... I want to laugh actually
