  Worst service ever!!Bad attitude from one of the staff members ,who was controlling the social distancing queue.Heavily pregnant women were made to wait and stand on long queues.Common sense is not common for everyone!!

  Worst service ever, used to be my best place to shop but recently when a store merchandiser bumped me with the trolley and the stuff looked like they just didn't care, took the manager 5 Min waiting on him to come and the first aider, to my surprise I don't even think they have one, I was badly swollen on my ankle btw (still swore when I wear my heels) the manager just took a piece of paper out of no where and wrote my details to say they'll call but I've had nothing from them this happened in January and I have to say am very disappointed with Woolworth Mall of Africa. I have the managers details.

  Hi there Woollies, I don't have much complain. JUST, at your counter section where the cool drinks are in a fridge it's NEVER stocked with sugar free drinks. Then i have to run around to another shop to get a to go fanta or coke or sparletta. ALL your small bottles are fully sugared. Who still drinks those? Cheers

  Love shopping at this Woolies. Fruit and Veggies are always fresh. Products are top range and quality clothing....
