::Do not buy on line. My daughter ordered a bicycle for my grandson’s birthday a month ago and she is still waiting for it. His birthday has come and gone and trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth. You get sent from one department to the next and get absolutely no where. Lesson learnt do not buy online from Makro.

::Not a massive fan of Makro Alberton. I have been there a few times and the staff are not well trained or they are just there for the paycheck. Had to walk around to get someone to assist me, just to find out that it is not his department, he left to find help and I left after waiting at least 20 - 30min. Had better experiences at other branches.
