::I bought my Ignis brand new in October 2017. Complained from the start about the shuddering on my vehicle on pull off. On 4843kms they replaced the clutch kit. This did not resolve the problem and I kept complaining. now at 26000kms it is so bad in the mornings that my vehicle feels like it is jumping forward. Took it back to boksburg again. every time some i am given a different version of why this car is doing it. now apparently they say this is normal. boksburg told me they will not replace anything again as Suzuki SA will not pay them and they will not carry the cost. i have send emails to Suzuki SA and get no reply at all from them. what are my options?

::Excruciatingly bad service. It is impossible to have a phone call with them without referred 3 times being cut off. And that's if they even take your call. There service is even more negligent with no appreciating of the customer or their car. I highly recommend that your never buy any of their products and if I could, I would have given them half a star. If I ever have to go through such encounters again, I will sell or scrap my car.
