Makes me want to sell my Ford so I don't have to experience this again. I've always gone to VW where I was treated like royalty! Fords customer experience team should go spend some time at VW

::They've won service awards. They have a huge workshop. Communication with them isn't that great. What would be really great is if they spent some money on a quality phone line or system

::I have never come across such good service. They came to fetch me on the airport. Plain was 3 hours late and they still came to fetch me. We arrived when it was already dark. Waiting for me with a smile and a bottle of champagne.They even had the non alcoholic champagne.Rudi was so calm, friendly and helpful. He took some time to take pictures. After I left he phoned me to ask if I'm still okay. I was in the middle of nowhere and he was willing to come and fetch me and help me get to the N1. Luckily I did get to the N1. Thanks again for the absolutely wonderful service and caring.
