  There is one staff member at this branch who tries to keep a smile on her face and attends to customers reasonably efficiently. As for the rest, they reflect an attitude which is pervasive in government and SOE service centres, unhelpful, sour, slow, rude and irritable. I only use the SAPO when I feel I absolutely have to and boy is it a pain every single time.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Came in on Saturday, system is down. Come back on Monday, no toner to make copies. They sent me to the Kyalami office, also no toner to make copies. At least the Kyalami office did not send me away, they accepted the copies I brought.

  Usually never have a bad experience at Sunninghill Post Office. But they did not bother to tell me there is no "special" paper for licenses on Saturday. Bit frustrating.

  Useless. Massive que for vehicle licence renewals and the only lady that's helping gets up and leaves for 10min with nobody to back up... utterly insane level of incompetence.

  Useless 👏🏼 honestly 👏🏼! Not like the staff will ever be replaced. Pathetic attitudes and service 👎🏼. I don't even know why you guys even have a phone if you never pick it up. Rather train people who deserve to have a job.
