::The old white man at Norwood Post Office is a detriment to your company. He is rude, unhelpful, condescending and down right lazy. He refuses to help anyone in the queue, always trying to look busy, even when there is a queue of over 6 people and only one lady helping at the service window. I have been to this post office several times and have literally never seen him assist anyone. Maybe consider getting someone who actually is eager to help customers and wont be condescending and rude to customers, and wont be a waste of government money. PLUS the phone line is never answered - tried calling 24 times consecutively without any answer.

::This place is stuck in time and so poorly run. The hand written notes make it a must see travel destination 😂 No forms can be pre-filled out... So you wait in line for 30 mins to get a form only to wait in line again for another 30mins. On the plus side atleast we have a post office.
