  Management needs an attitude adjustment. I returned a wrong part that was packaged in the box of the correct part. I was made to look like the one that was in the wrong. When they finally sorted it, I was charged MORE for a part that was clearly cheaper. They have lost my vote of confidence.

  Actually I was in the store at first and was told that the spares would be arranged for me and I do have Sam cellular number,that’s where he kept avoiding my calls. Personally not concerned about previous post,my experience at your store was very bad and no excuses for sams lack of customer care.
