  WORST SERVICE EVER! Placed an order and was promised that it'll arrive a day after and only arrived 2 days afterwards. That was definitely the last time that we have bought there. Wish google had n minus star option

  The Edenvale branch is moving in the right direction. Floor layout has improved, easier to find products now. Seems like they have also increased their inventory mix with competitive pricing

  Good customer service I recieved from Petro (salesperson) and Jason (supervisor/manager). I was not rushed to make a decision on the products I wanted to buy but I was allowed to call other suppliers for competitive pricing. They have a variety of bricks to choose from compared to other suppliers within the catchment area. Happy that I got the face brick I wanted even though another supplier told me I am looking for an ancient brick that does not exist anymore. Only glitch I had is that I wasn't helped to load my stuff on my car. The rest of the bulk stuff will be delivered at the agreed date.

  Very helpful hardware store where even management jump in to help in busy periods. A huge range of products are available. Well laid out. They even meet and greet as you walk in. Prices seem competitive and there are many great bargains. On the main street too. Found all I needed under one roof.
