  What a disappointing experience with Remax Destiny. From the start the agent tried to put us off from seeing the property. Did not even try to show us other similar properties. did not pitch in time for the appointment, only when we phone did he leave home to arrive more than one hour later. The Agent tried to force us into getting a loan on several occasions , where we specifically stated that we wanted to sell our property first then buy. when he did not get his way , he became very rude and threatened to tear up the contract. When the Remax Destiny management was contacted, they promised to get back to me- which did not happen, and they subsequently did not answer any of my calls when I phoned back. I complained to Remax Head Office on 31 Oct 2019, who then forwarded my complaint for action to Remax Destiny Management - needless to say, yet again absolutely no feedback. I am sorry for the seller who lost a sale, as they did not even bother to follow up on our status with regards to the Offer that ended 31 Dec 2019. If you want to sell property through Remax... Think twice

  I have received nothing but bad service from Remax rep. We made several appointments to sign an offer to purchase, but he never pitched nor call to apologize. We called and called for meetings but never responded to even 1 of our calls. When I angrily called for the last time he told me the house was no longer on sale, but to my surprise this morning-18 Oct 2018 it has a "pending offer" sticker on it. what credential does one need to buy from Remax 2000??

  Make sure to read your contracts and OTP carefully as they like to change conditions from the mandate to the OTP especially around the commission %
