  NOT recommended! Awful experience with Rowena Ridden. Completely unprofessional. The minute the contract was signed, attitude changed to threatening & harassment. Made the difficult experience of emigrating even more difficult.

  The agents Liz Houston and partner were invited to view our property in the hopes of procuring a buyer as soon as possible. Upon viewing the property, which also homes our 4 fur babies, 2 of which are shelter animals, Liz Houston kicked my Jack Russell, not by accident and tried to defend herself by stating that she is terrified of animals. Strange the 2 grown Bassett Hounds weren't a problem, however a shelter puppy aged 18months, is so vicious the only way she could defend herself was by kicking it? No form of animal abuse will ever be tolerated or accepted on my premises and I would like to spread the word to all animal lovers out there to be extra cautious before considering Seeff as your mandated agent.

  I would not recommend Seeff properties Randburg, in particular Rowena Ridden. This is an agent you will really regret working with. She is rude towards her clients and above all makes false statements all for the sake of a sale. Look elsewhere to sell your property. Update - Sent an email detailing my complaint against Rowena Ridden to the branch sales manager Detmar Nuttall and received no response. Lets see if Samuel Seeff also treats clients in the same way. Again I advise to look elsewhere for a REPUTABLE estate agent.

  Let me not start with Seeff Randburg, there is too much to tell. It will follow. Liz should not be selling houses ...plain rude...and very deceitful! Ann Robert's as well.

  Wouldn't go anywhere else. Agents are terrific.
