::Sand in my wife's spinach. Hamburger bun was so stale and dry that it crumbled to pieces and ended up a disintegrated mess on my plate . I sent the hamburger back after the second bite. Had to sit and watch my wife eat her meal by herself. 15 minutes after she finished her meal, she got to sit and watch me eat my meal. Complained to manager. The best he could do was appologise. If it was my restaurant and I received a complaint of this nature from one of my patrons, I would have done more to make them realize this is not the norm. I would have given them the meal on the house and gone as far as possible to make their experience better. Piatto Cedar Square failed to impress. Food was bad. (They get 1 star because our waitress was a nice person)
