  This kfc is different from others bcz it tests so nice than others and there chickens are so testing than others

  Services very slow. It took way longer then necessary to get my food I waited over 30 minutes to get my food, staff seemed slow and confused and I think they forgot my order or something thats why it might have taken that long . I seriously wouldn't recommend this specific KFC

  Very poor and indifferent service. It was an effort for Milicent so serve me. No suggestions and gave cool drink in a cup for take away when bottles where available. Also took a long time for order to be prepared.

  Gravy River with cold Chips They always get our order wrong, forget to bring an item and just keep the money, they never reimburse me for orders not delivered. I used to enjoy ordering from this store but their service has really gone down. Tonight I ordered a streetwise 2 with a pap and gravy for my husband, and I had a burger and chips meal, they didn't deliver to chips. I also ordered an extra mash and gravy but in the instructions i requested gravy only as the ubereats app didn't have the option to specify, furthermore I called the restaurant to tell the manager to double check my order and ensure that its' correct, which she happily agreed to. My order arrived without the chips or the extra gravy I paid for, I called the shop to ask them about it to which they said they will deliver it immediately. Here's what it looks like when I received it. The entire gravy flooded the packet and my chips, also the chips we really cold. Needless to say this is THE LAST TIME I order from your shop. By the way I did a test order with KFC Rosebank and I had called them 10 minutes after KFC Craighall agreed to deliver the chips and gravy, the order from the KFC Rosebank arrived 15 minutes earlier than KFC Craighall stores delivery even though we live closer to the Craighall KFC. As entertaining as the race was, I've made my choice to never purchase from your store again, sorry not sorry!!

  They gave us the wrong order, we ordered a classic twister meal with extra mayo and no tomato. We got a grilled twister with almost no mayo, it had tomato and the chicken was too hard to eat. Also the bottom of the twister was open so all to fillings fell out into the bottom. Worst KFC in JHB.
