::The staff at MOBiL with whom I worked were disinterested and unfriendly. They were also non-communicative, failing to reply to multiple inquires made in person and over email. They did not demonstrate any kind of personal concern for me as a client. This is not the kind of experience you want from people who are supposed to be helping you with your health and wellness. I only worked with one trainer at MOBiL and one receptionist, so it is possible the other staff are more helpful. I can only speak to my experience, which was decidedly negative. I was at MOBiL a total of three times.
