  I visited my son in surgical ward 3rd floor at 11hoo was told that visiting hours has changed, now is 16h00, I think we have got a right to be informed earlier, secondly to be allowed too see patients when we are already there, the nurses were soo rude, the sir registered nurse and enrolled nursing assistant, to such an extent that she insulted us and said we are soo loud it doesn't show that we are learned. That's not the way to address visitors since we are paying for the services, we must get value for money. Thank you Mrs P.N. Ngubane.

  This is the most pathetic hospital service i have ever seen i came out of theatre and then i had to go straight to the x ray department instead i had to wait 2 hours . Then when i left i had to go pick up my medication and i asked for pain killers that the doctor prescribed and they said he didn’t . I got a phone call today saying i didn't pick up my painkillers witch i asked for the first time! This is totally pathetic!!!

  Very disappointing service. I have waited almost 2 hours to open a file. Staff didn't seem to be in a hurry at all. Causality was full up with no space to sit. Until we asked for them to bring a chair because I was in so much pain. Staff don't keep you updated on what's gong on. You just sit and wait. I eventually left to go to another hospital. Where they took 10 mins to open a file and I was admitted to causality to be accessed.

  I just want to thank St Ann's hospital and staff for their kindness and help from cleaners, nursing staff to my specialists and to theatre staff and anethitist. I felt like a princess in a 🏰. I will always be greatfull for their help towards my recovery. Even though they were short staffed. I was in the medical ward on the ground floor G3 Thanks again keep up the good work

  Facilities are terrible, staff are over worked and tired, food is not great and ICU service was terrible. The specialist doctors (all 3) were rude and in a rush all the time, not approachable and have bad attitudes. I would not recommend this hospital for your loved ones at all.
