::Absolutely terible service by staff. Wife did not eat from 6am. After theatre at 2pm, there was no communication of eating and no water or food till 5pm. Called for nurses few times, to no avail. Not even water provided.

::Dear section 2 (ward 226) Being admitted to the hospital after I broke my leg put me in a state of extreme anxiety. But your daily hospitality was so calming and reassuring. Thank you for being there hours on end to support me and hold my hand. Thankfully my health is improving and I am now on the road to a full recovery. As I rest here at home I am still thinking about your kindness. I thank God to have such precious, caring sisters who where always there for me. I love you so much! I also appreciate the beautiful attitude towards me. Nkosana Masuku

::Currently in hospital and not been attended to for my night meds. It’s past the hour I was meant to take them. My bed hasn’t been changed. There is no coffee or sandwich’s this evening. Nurses are rude and tend to have a lovely loud conversation that the whole ward can hear. I’m discussed. My drip is now throbbing. I’m the patient. What is going on in this hospital

::This is one of my best service private Hospitals, they treat patients with care and they are always checking on you. I was admitted two months back and the care that i got was very efficient. Their new reception area is very top it gives that power of beauty in your health.

::The place is good but you must know you plan type and PMB for your medical aid ie: know how and who they pay and als important make sure you have your medical aid card and Identity document optain the authorisation from your medical aid for planed admission and if you are a cash patient make sure you get an estimated number of days you'll be admitted and they will do the prepayment calculation and give you the estimated amount you have to pay as a deposit remember the estimated amount can be more or less for the total cost of your admission for injury on duty you need to come with a completed WCA form, ID and a certified copy of your ID then you will have a great experience.
