  I received the treatment I requested, lovely doctor, lovely receptionist however when I received the invoice I queried the charges. It was confirmed that I was overcharged and that I would receive a refund. It took over two weeks to partially resolve the query as only half the refund was paid. They had an opportunity to fix their error while retaining my custom and the custom of my friends, colleagues & family, yet they chose to take the short term, short sighted, greedy route. Disappointed. Of interest too, is that most of the reviews are from the staff.

  Dr E and team are the best in town! Excellent service and has been taking care of my family for years!!! Highly recommend this practice.

  We went there on Wednesday and were promised a doctors note to be emailed. It is Saturday and we've called 3 times requesting it. R600 and we haven't received the note. We did inform them how important it was on our calls to them.

  Ashleigh the physio is so helpful and professional! I felt very comfortable with her helping with my sprained ankle. A beautiful practice too. Thank you!

  i have found the service was exceptional. The receptionists were warm and friendly and made me feel welcomed. The practitioners are accommodating and give full explanations as required. The doctors are excellent diagnosticians and i will always make use of their services.
