::Staff.... No respect for customer or I was just unlucky. To my order there was no spoon and straw when I asked the lady looked and walked away as she continued to chat with her colleagues. Language 👎👎👎 they used some language I couldn't understand and didn't bother to change to the most common which has to be English. Disappointed

::Recently remodeled, friendly helpful staff. Its KFC so its reasons that their menu is standard and the food is the same wherever you go. My tip, check your order when leaving, sometimes they forget to put in an item but overall a very good store.

::Service is not great at all. Definately not "fast food". With that been said it's still KFC and it's delicious.

::We took about 20 to 25 minutes to get our meal. We got there about 22:10. They close at 23pm. We ordered two box meals which came with a burger, chips, mash, four wings and a cold drink. The lady said they had prepared to close so they were going to make everything from scratch. It was a Saturday night. They should not be switching off appliances and preparing for close a hour before the time, especially on the weekend. We said no tomatoes on either burger but we got tomatoes. Our chicken didn't taste cooked properly and lacked flavor. Our mash and gravy tasted good. My wings were oily and over cooked because my chicken was very dry. My chips were good. I think it's great they open until late but waiting that amount of time for fast food is ridiculous and especially if it's not a great meal. KFC burgers are great.. The bun was a bit stake but it was late at night but they should have toasted the bun

::The service was good. The restaurant and restrooms are very clean. Food was good. We did not make use of the drive-thru. Seems the restaurant needs more trays however. The staff had to obtain the tray back from the bin area and there was only one other customer in the restaurant using a tray. I will visit again.
