  Had a double Dekker meaty pizza. I normally have that and found this one to be exceptionally dry not cheesy or saucy but chokingly dry 🙁

  Terrible pizza...more of a base with too much sauce and little topping. Won't be back.

  Ordered online this evening, and my rustic pizza arrived with its box open and sticker black. It was not hot, actually closer to cold. When I mentioned this to the driver he totally ignored me. I phoned the SP branch straight after and alerted them, still waiting to hear back. Rather collect yourself if you can from this store, then if it's not right you can complain in store and be taken seriously and pizza will be hot. We've walked from this store home with pizza's that were warmer without a protective warmer bag! Update: a week later I got a call back and offered another rustic pizza, which was delivered hot this time, but unfortunately was made terribly, didn't look right or taste right, took a photo when I realised the toppings had been done incorrectly, but by this stage I've given up and won't order online from them again.

  I ordered a pizza and when I fetched it, the staff was very unpleasant. Xolani gave me alot of attitude and took long to give me my change. When I asked what the hold up is, he just ignored me. Worst service

  Pizza was tasty, however as I was waiting for my order noticed that it was not the cleanest of places. Noticing dirty walls, dust build up and equipment in milky lane and Debonair that could do with a clean. This refers to promo material and fixtures as well. Would be a much more welcoming and well, more hygienic if they could do some proper housekeeping.
