  Food was excellent. Steaks were cooked to perfection, and all sides were tasty. Really no complaints on food. Unfortunately, the service was just okay. My husband and I were there fairly early and the place was empty. The staff told us they were full, and sat us outside, even though it was pretty cold out, and they put us (even though outside was empty as well) right next to some men doing electrical work. After our meal, I asked the manager why her staff told us they were full, even though they were clearly still empty. I counted 7 empty tables inside. I understand that me confronting her so candidly made her uncomfortable, but she couldn't answer my question, or even make eye contact. Where Im from, a hospitality professional would at least offer coffee to a customer spending a lot of money, but she didn't. Furthermore, the staff took zero responsibility for tables. We had one person sitting us at our table, one person taking your drink order, a different person bringing our drinks, a totally different person getting our appetizer order and bringing it, and a different person taking our order for our meals. We had no idea who to ask for them we needed something. So that's why 3 stars.

  Great ambiance and location! We sat outside directly under a heat lamp, which was much appreciated. The staff was great and my husband enjoyed game kabob! The other food was good but not exceptional. Go there for the ambiance and wine!

  Usually I give 4 stars, because there's always room for improvement. And so is it also for the Belthazar. But an average rating of 4.0 (as is is currently) doesn't meet it. We've been two times in there, and both were an excellent experience. First time had the extraordinary Game Kebap (several different pieces of meat on a skewer), second time an amazing Mozambician Signature fish platter. Service is always brilliant, wine recommendations meet the taste at the point. Is it expensive? Regarding the quality and the standard, I don't think so. Hey, don't go there if you're used to eat at average tourist inns.

  No complaints at all, despite reading some of the negative reviews on here. Delicious steak, cooked to perfection and friendly and efficient service. It probably is a bit touristy but the location and food were both great and compared to London prices, it's very good value for money.

  Sinceramente o restaurante com certeza tem muito a oferecer. Está em um lugar privilegiado, a comida é muito boa, mas conosco o atendimento foi péssimo, demorado, não trouxe o que pedimos, no final não queríamos pagar os 10% (que já estava inclusa na conta) disse que tinha que chamar o gerente mais 10 minutos e nem lá o gerente foi liberado o pagamento... ok !! Fazer o que....
