::Worst Customer Service I purchased a vehicle and all faults picked up were to be repaired before I was handed over the car. The scratched rim that was to be repaired was just replaced by the spare rim. I picked this up and a new rim was installed. 2 body scratches where hand painted with a nail polish type touch up paint which looks worst then the scratch. Noise on the brakes were to be sorted but I was handed the car with this noise and I had to book the car in at the dealer to be sorted out. Smash and grab that I paid for took weeks to be repaired. Its been a month and I still haven't received my new licence disc. I spoke to the dealer principle 2 weeks ago on a Friday. He was to investigate and call me back on Monday. I have not received a call yet. I will never recommend or purchase a vehicle from Autoteam. Regards, N Iyakannu
