  Ultimate rip-off and lies!!! I bought a 2019 BMW X5; with 8000km. Car registered in Jan 2020. Guess what: old 2018 types fitted; non-run flat; and all 4 tyres patched. I put my kids and my life at risk. BMW is completely unscrupulous. COMPLETELY UNSCRUPULOUS...UNBELIEVABLE

  Sat outside my office waiting for a scheduled pickup that never arrived. Called twice, was transferred to an extension that rang indefinitely and then dropped. Then after the phone was just never picked up. 25min after my scheduled pickup time I finally get a call from the driver saying he is at the dealership and needs directions which is at best 25 minutes away in traffic. Safe to say this dealership cares very little about customers if they are happy to leave their customers high and dry for close on an hour.

  Very friendly staff. Notified me of a recall campaign I didn't even know about when it went in for a service. My car was cleaned from top to bottom with detail I haven't seen in a long time. Salesman went the extra mile after the test drive to showcase other new vehicles to keep me up to date of the brand developments. Probably my favourite dealership to date.
