  This place is the pits. The rooms are terrible, the air conditioning doesn’t work ( I didn’t get any sleep for three nights), and the food must be the worst in all of Africa. The tomato soup was horrible. The poached eggs in the Benedict were hard as rock ( remember to carry a chisel and hammer). For heaven’s sake, if you can’t poach eggs or make tomato soup, should you be running a hotel? Here’s the cherry on the cake: they charged me for double occupancy! Why? Because I didn’t tell them I was not two people!! This place is a rip- off. The last straw, the manager is a pompous little insect who has delusions of grandeur; he’s just running a third- rate hotel but is blissfully unaware.

  Was treated very warmly. Had a Flat White on the house and made great conversation with the manager!

  Great Rooms. Great WiFi. Magnificent Breakfast. You really have to try the stir-fry spaghetti.

  Lovely hotel in a great location by the V&A Waterfront area. Breakfast was fantastic also. Would happily stay again
