  I've always maintained that your most pleasurable, memorable stay at any hotel is dependent an how you are treated by the staff of that said accommodation station. Me and my family were treated like royalty!!! Curteous, helpful, caring, always enquiring about any of our needs, if they are up to the standard that was advertised. They most certainly went the extra mile and was truly professional in all aspects of what was expected from them. I am from Cape Town and can promise you that i am not bias at all with my review. They should be upgraded to a 6 STAR, and comes highly recommended... Cannot rave enough about their service. Absolutely fantastic!!! Keep it up. Well done and a big, big thank you. Will most certainly be back.

  Ottimo hotel abbiamo passato due giorni in luna di miele siamo stati coccolati come non mai. Ottimo il servizio navetta che porta al centro della città. Internamente si trovano dei depliant con una serie di escursioni molto belle da effettuare

  Great hotel and amenities offered such as complimentary shuttle services to the waterfront. Good quality rooms with good amenities for business travel such as ironing board and iron. Above average size desk for working was also very welcome.

  Good breakfast, excellent service. Requested the hotel to arrange a birthday basket on arrival and it was drone perfectly. Thank you once again. Comfortable beds. Good location. Hotel within 5 minutes drive from V&A Waterfront. 24 hour gym on the premises. Lofts rooms are exceptional pleasant

  Great, clean and affordable hotel! Love the rooms - and the service! This hotel is well located, and easy to get to and from all the tourist spots! I normally use it during my business travels... Definitely highly recommended for business travelers. Good coffee spots in the area too 😉
