  This shop is useless. Don’t even bother going there. I went in to enquire about their internet packages and after the man at the back desk explained all of the possible options, I returned one hour later only to find out that every thing he told me was incorrect. Not only was the information false, but the staff couldn’t care less. The booklets that they handed out explaining their packages did not even apply to that store! They said that if I wanted the right advice, that I should have just gone to Menlyn. What a waste of time.

  To any bad reviews, reply from the owner is "Sorry you’ve had a bad experience with us, we will try to service you better in future" from last one year....

  The Telkom shop is located inside the Brooklyn Mall close to one of the entrances,it's easily accessible. The mall has plenty of safe and secure covered parking spaces.

  Never EVER do business with these guys. Incompetent staff members; manager is even worse. They can't do a simpel task as to port a prepaid number to a contract...I am waiting now 3 WEEKS!@!@. But hell they gave me the new handset so what the heck, I guess its for free since they have no record on their system of my contract.

  Worst ever. Who is the owner? He just copy & paste same answer. Nothing improves. I will never ever go there again. Please just CLOSE the store.
