  Please people be careful at these cinemas , just saw on Facebook a man was watching a movie and had his belongings stolen ! It didn't happen to one person but a few ! Always make sure you keep all your belongings such as handbags and cellphones on your lap or somewhere where these thieves won't be able to steal your belongings! It's happening all the time at all cinemas but especially at Greenstone Cinemas! These thieves act like they are gong to watch a movie but in fact are there to steal ! Please everyone be careful and be vigilant out there ! Not safe no where !!

  We come here regularly as it is simply the closest and easiest location. Customer service is absolutely shocking. The cleaners once came in before the post credit scene and came right to our feet to try chase us out, basically sweeping our shoes. If you are a marvel fan like myself, you know that the post credit scene is of extreme importance. Having the lady at my feet, I had to tap her five times and call her loudly to get her to acknowledge me. I kindly asked her to please switch off the lights as there was still a scene at the end, she stormed off angrily, not saying a single word and switched off the lights. Despite her doing what we asked, she could not have been more rude about it. Another time we came in and there was no popcorn. We had to miss the start of our movie as they took each box one by one to the back to fill them with popcorn. There were 6 of us so it took really long. With the last box they attempted to fill it with all the seeds and small bits left over of the popcorn, to which I said that I would rather wait for fresh popcorn, the woman got incredibly annoyed and attempted to take the same half filled box and top it up the seeds and small bits underneath. Luckily there was one incredibly friendly lady that told me she would bring it to the movie for me and assured that she would give me the fresh popcorn. At least there was one incredibly helpful lady.

  The service was absolutely awful. Payment system was down, staff rude and unhelpful. Manager ignored certain raced patrons
