  Management is clueless. Automatic ticket machines never work properly. Waiting area seats look like couches recovered from a dump site. Disgusting. Cinemas are freezing cold and repeated requests to engage managers have proven fruitless. Often the lights are left on when the movie starts. Often you can here people having a discussion in the projector room, especially if sitting at the back. People, especially younger ones or children think it is OK to sit with their shoed feet on the seats.People visiting the cinema are also pigs and seem unable to take their own trash with them and think it is acceptable to leave all their rubbish lying on the ground and the seats. Would rather stay home.

  Had a very bad experience with the staff at the 8 pm movie. They refused me to enter the cinema with parcels I bought from pick n pay. I fully understand that I can not take any beverages into the cinema that was not bought at Sterkinekor, but they placed my parcels into a cupboard that was not even locked and when the movie was over there was not even someone at this cupboard supervising it, not even a manager or Sterkinikor worker in sight. If you want to prevent people from taking their parcels with them, please provide a more profesional and secure way of handling this. The other concern is the staff locking the emergency exits when the movie only started. This is a big health and safety risk.

  Small but comfortable cinema. Picture a bit dark, sound quality good. Efficient ticketing. Good selection of eats and drinks.

  No crowd, nice vibe, staff was friendly, cinema was perfect & the movie was awesome.... My ideal cinema experience....😎
