  Had to stand on a very long queue in order to purchase my bus ticket. As if that was not enough, I was served by cashiers who seemed to be clueless about the bus ticketing system. I had to wait for more than half an hour for the process to be complete. In a nutshell, it took me over an hour to be finally served.
