Refer to my complaint sent to the estate agents board about you having so much info on people who have never so much as thought of dealing with you.

RE/MAX HISTORY Established in Denver, Colorado in 1973, RE/MAX is recognised as one of the leading international global real estate franchise companies with the most productive sales force in the industry. RE/MAX has over 120 000 agents operating from over 6 500 offices in over 97 countries worldwide. RE/MAX was named the number one real estate franchise in the USA in the 36th annual Franchise 500 survey appearing in the January 2015 edition of Entrepreneur magazine. This is the twelfth time in the last 16 years that RE/MAX has earned these top honours. In October 2014, RE/MAX was ranked as the leading real estate organisation in the Franchise Times Top 200 for the sixth consecutive year, based on worldwide sales. RE/MAX of Southern Africa, which was founded in 1994, is regarded as the pioneer of the RE/MAX international expansion as it was the first country franchise to be sold outside of North America. RE/MAX of Southern Africa was recognised as the top RE/MAX region in the world for 2012 at the group’s Las Vegas convention in March 2013. RE/MAX has over 2 450 agents operating from over 175 offices in 10 countries in Southern Africa. In order to position the company for continued growth in all markets in the next 20 years, Z Capital Properties (Pty) Ltd, a prominent black empowerment company, has purchased a 45% ownership interest in RE/MAX of Southern Africa.

Agency not to be trusted. No business ethics. Charl Naude sold us a house and made us believe that he's got our best interest at heart. Neglected to advise that he had another offer on the table. Used his bond originators and took too long to get bond approved. I asked him to extend my offer but he never did. Made commission on the sale of my property but sold the house we wanted to another buyer. On the day bond got approved advised that I would have to pick another property. We had to urgently find a new house overnight. Plot thickens. Charl Naude's wife is the cousin of Cindy Brits and they tried to sweep it under the rug. Neville Brits even offered to sell me another property at zero commission to make this problem go away. In Response: Strange how I got 100% Bond Approval from Standard Bank if they had to keep re-motivating. So post a copy of the seller declining to extend. As Charl confirmed he neglected to request an extension of the offer. Like I said - Trying to sweep it under the rug. But the wheel turns... Totally unethical to still charge me R10k for an OTP to sell my house, where I secured the buyer and after informing I do not want any further dealings with your Agency. Maybe SARS should investigate where this R10k commission went as Charl Naude passed away before the payout….
