  This is the worst agency I have ever dealt with. I had no power and they sent someone out who could not fix the problem and suggested that Ekurhuleni should sort it out and before they sent the technician they said if its a false alarm ie if the meter just tripped they would charge me if not the owner will pay for it but now they are insulting my intelligence saying that there was no electricity in the are. On that day all my neighbors had electricity except for me and Ekurhuleni came through and solved the issue. I would not recommend them to any one because they are dishonest.

  This company is without doubt the most unscrupulous bunch of rogues. They use all and any tactics to avoid commitments. This includes late payment of outstanding deposit. It is 4 weeks overdue and nobody will respond to my telephone calls.
