  Oh well expensive trip to service car and they broke my hands-free off my window and it cannot be fixed, and my front windsceen panel was loose so had to take it somewhere else to be clipped in, and my cluch and breaks are still funny. So not again

  Worse possible service. A simple water pipe coat R2400. And waited 3 hours t0 get told h0w much is it going to cost. Had the repair work done by my own mechanic for R80

  I am happy that Reeds Cape Town provided me with transport and attended to relevant issues. However, the gentleman dealing with me was so serious it was uncomfortable. I could not understand whether I was annoying him or that it was his official demeanor. It would help to not be so officially impersonal when dealing with people.

  These People want a 10/10 review... When I decided to purchase my new vehicle the salesman was very nice and helpful. Until the day I went to collect my new wheels, he forgot a large amount of paperwork that had to be sorted out before, wasn't as glamorous as I thought it would be, picking up your first car(new). All good for a couple of months, until I had take it in for its first service a week ago... They load the incorrect vehicle reg and engine numbers to my maintenance plan policy... Abysmal. Reeds Cape Town has a 1/10 in my books.
