    Terrible, if I could give zero I would. The service consultant was not there the morning to greet, does not call to update me and when I called the afternoon she was not there. Eventually called me 2 hours later at 3:30pm to say it will be ready by 4:30 but only got my car at 5:20pm! To top it all off, they stole my SD card, flipping unprofessional and crooks. Worst decision of my life to buy an Audi!

    I had money stolen out of my car by the workers, when I let them know, they said they would reimburse me for the amount that was taken... Naturally I never heard from them again. In addition, they quoted me R4200 over the phone, then charged me R5400 when I got there. Save yourself the hassle, go ANYWHERE else

    My memory card was stolen. The thief actually removed it out of it's adapter inside the radio! I was very upset. I pointed this out to the service consultant, who made me wait while she continued to sit on the phone with customer after customer, without even an apology to me. Eventually I said I had to leave, and she said that she would contact me. I received no phone call at all the next day, so I called back. She apologized for not calling back and then said that she did try to follow up and that there was nothing she could do. Very poor customer service! Whether there was anything they could do or not, the whole thing could have been handled much more professionally! I am appalled. After above review: I did send an email per the below response, and I received no reply. Horrible horrible service.

    I used to be a regular customer and for a time the service but great. But lately the service and attitude of staff is terrible. Can't fix an obvious fault on my indicator, don't ever follow up when they say they will and now they don't offer lifts from work back to the service centre any more. The one small thing that made a difference. I seriously doubt that my next car will be an Audi again.
