::Had a lovely Sunday buffet here it was slightly pricey at 185 rand PP how ever the staff are very friendly and welcoming. A big draw to this restaurant is the animals around for example while eating peacocks, springboks and other beautiful animals were around and once we had finished lunch we went to see the other animals up close.

::We had a lovely stay in Room 7 at the River Lodge. Animals entertained us right outside our patio door on a daily basis. Hilde went out of her way to make our stay comfortable- Thank you. Just be advised that the reception and restaurant area are +-3km away from the rooms so one must have a car to get around (preferably high clearance as there are dirt roads). They have a safari vehicle available for transportation but this was not feasible for us with a 5mnt old baby in rainy weather.

::I would like to express my thanks to my experience at Mpongo Game Lodge. My Game Ranger was "Robert". What a spectacular and informative man! He was giving us all the fascinating detail of each animal at the Ranche. He was extremely knowledgable and what a pleasure to listen all the information. We were really captivated by all the tales he told us of his everyday experiences and it is clear that this Game Ranger does his work with a deep commitment, enthusiasm and love and we as visitors felt at all times safe and welcome in the wild. Robert is a clear asset to this Game Farm. I have been to many but this was my best experience ever. Thank you Robert!

::Mpongo is the most amazing resort for a break away from reality. The resort is gorgeous and the staff are absolutely wonderful. It was my second stay but third visit to the resort (in the past year) and I can't wait to go back. A very special thank you to Nolitha, Mr Cosmos and Linda who were amazing during our stay. We had the perfect family holiday.
