  Poor receptionists, she has no customer orientation. Room was not clean, toilet had stains of pee. Cups were not washed and the tea spoons had stains indicating they have been used before. Very bad!

  Soo close to the Beach and the rooms have sea view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went as a group and they cateted to all our needs i am very impressed.

  Always enjoy staying here whenever I visit East London. Honest staff( if you forget something you'll always get it) free wifi, warm reception although they need to improve on phone etiquette - good food.

  We had a good stay. They have beautiful clean rooms with a beach front view. I enjoyed the swimming pool too. Perfect for a family stay

  Very neat and tidy. Battled a bit to get parking. The reception service was excellent. Very pretty and neat reception area. The rooms are cosy and warm. The food was delicious. Bar area atmosphere was great. Staff are professional and very helpful. All in all I would definitely go back for another visit.
