  My mom was transferred from Kroonstad to this hospital, she is missing they (x6) people cannot find her and said she never pitched up there. I have been on the phone for about an hour and I still cannot trace her. The other state hospital does not answer the phones! Kroonstad hospital managed to trace my mom at this hospital but now she in the transferal ward and no one answers the phones. Sometimes someone picks up and puts down again and this is the second day that we trying to reach the "referral ward" :-(

  Horrible overall experience - rude staff and nurses who cannot give updates on patients and as a family member you are not allowed to see your loved one until visiting hours even if they just came out of surgery.

  NOBODY answer the phone after hours!!!! How on earth should one get information about family members that were in a car accident???!!

  This hospital is not even a hospital! I would definitely give it 0 stars! You wait forever to get help! People die waiting for help and they don’t even care! This is the worst hospital alive! Staff is rude! There’s hardly any wheelchairs! There’s NOTHING! This place is disgusting! The bathrooms smell really bad! It’s just not good!!! If you are in horrible pain they still shake the bed like mad people! It’s pathetic 🙄

  Please make the outside more wheelchairabled. My mom and I were struggling today. Also my mom were treated rudely by a lady from Sassa. Overall the doctor and the personal there that helped us were friendly
