::Came with someone into casualties and was helped very quickly. The nurses at emergency were all passionate, compassionate, friendly, professional and efficient — especially Sister Lerato who seemed to be in charge of making sure that all our needs were met. The Dr who saw us, Dr vd Linde was very thorough, friendly and professional. He was also careful to make sure that all risk factors and potential conditions were seen to. I was also with a patient in the Gaenecology/urology ward. Again, the nursing staff was incredible, full of life, energy, passion, patience, compassion, and very efficient. The food was incredible and very healthy. Although we were told that the WiFi that could be picked up on the phone was not available in that specific ward (at emergencies I recall being told that there's free WiFi for patients), the patient was at least given several free parking vouchers to distribute to visitors as desired. The ward Dr (can't remember his name) was very friendly, communicated everything thoroughly and quickly made us feel comfortable and at ease that the patient was in good hands. The lady at the CT scanner had the same character and virtues, great communicator and very friendly and professional. Finally, the specialist (Dr Peterson) was very professional, very thorough, and considered every detail of the case; he was also very sensitive to the needs, privacy, and comfort of the patient. There wasn't a staff member that we encountered that wasn't full of life and passion for their work. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone.

::My mother Hetta Fourie from Dewetsdorp had a hip replacement operation on Sunday 14 January 2018. I would would like to express my gratitude for the excellent service she received since her arrival at the Hospital on Friday 12 January 2018 from doctors, nursing personnel and support personnel. This is one of the best, if not the best hospital in South Africa. Thank you to all. We as family appreciate your warm caring and excellent service.
