::Frequently visit Mugg & Bean establishments all over the country. Prime spot here in Potchefstroom, yet every single time you visit this establishment, you tend to wait, wait, wait... Service is absolutely atrocious. Sitting here, time after time, you have to beg waiters to serve you. Wish someone would take responsibility. Horrible service!!!

::It could have been much better, the service was slow. We had to change our meal due to beef not been on stock. Not to mention the drinks we ordered were very diluted

::A nice Mugg & Bean that is centrally situated inside the Mooiriver Mall. The food was good. They serve great coffee and have lovely muffins as well. The waitress and font staff are pleasant and friendly. The food could have been a bit quicker to reach the table.
