  I love it! Great place for one-on-one meetings, for socialising and even for studying. I highly recommend Menlyn Park's Mugg & Bean!

  Good food and drink. Waiter brought wrong order though. I could see he was unsure but instead of asking to ensure he had the right order he just brought what he thought they heard

  A good place to meet up with clients or old friends, plus their 3 types of bottomless coffee keeps the conversation going, they also have a variety of fresh cakes and tarts(enough to share) so I would rate this a good place to catch up or do business.

  I really do love a good Mugg & Bean visit, but this particular restaurant felt like it was hitting the target a bit too low. The smell of the freshly baked muffins was great, as always, and the waiter was quick to show us a table. There were a couple small things, however, that chipped away at the experience. My partner received chips instead of the asked-for salad; I received a half-used butter instead of a closed one; the table was sticky, and the plates were wet after coming out of the dishwasher; some of the crockery was chipped; and the waiter was short R10 change. Of course, individually, these are mistakes. Collectively, however, it makes you question the management and the pride of the staff.
