  I called the place i spoke to a very rude lady, who claimed i came to their offices before because i needed assistance and my query was the same as the other person. she refused to assist with a branch that can i assist me, she told me its not her Job, i honestly dont like to report such but this is unacceptable . our black sisters in the gorvernment offices are letting us down
