  The Lady in the fines department is rude, unhelpful and knows how to put a person in a bad mood. I cringe when I know I have to go there.

  The lady in the fines payment department is rude, argumentative and does not uphold the good name of her employer whatsoever. She badmouths her superiors (learned members of the legal profession - prosecutors) in front of members of the public and is generally unwilling to assist customers without fighting with them. Her attitude is poor and she should face disciplinary charges for misconduct.

  The security staff were friendly and helpful. However, the cash attendant is extremely rude and the prosecutor has little clue on how to assist, he commonly refers you else where for help. He isn't sure about his mandates. Be advised, cash attendant leave work at 15h00 and unavailable from 14h30 as they are doing "cash up".
