  Disappointed! Came into an empty reception, the floor staff at the back greeted me and said someone will be with you shortly, I could hear them call for someone to come and help me. It took that person 5 min to come to the gate and tell me '"someone will help you shortly". I waited another 10min with no-one in site and no-one came to assist me. I walked out and took my business else where.
