  I stayed at the Mercure in Germany. Great experience hence I chose Mercure Midrand: no comparison. I will not recommend this place. Had to pay for accommodation upon arrival, perhaps there is a culture of non payment with patrons who use this accommodation. Restaurant, worst service, felt rushed to eat and vacate the place as staff probably needed to leave.

  Service is good the rooms are beautiful and fresh towels. The bathrooms got hot water and there is a beautiful cafeteria. Close to the main road and garage plus Boulders mall a bonus

  Reasonably priced accommodation in Midrand. The friendly staff ready to serve and luxurious rooms make it all worth while. Keep it up .

  Friendly service! Best buffet breakfast and rooms were crisp clean.

  The staff really dont know what they're doing. After asking multiple times about the breakfast, we were assured it was complimentary. At check out we were billed for the breakfast. The website says there's a pool but we were told that the pool is at another location and we would have to walk there. We also needed to walk down to reception for everything from glasses, to an iron and board. Bar prices for cool drink is twice the amount of the vending machine prices.
