  Despite it being a great venue with friendly staff, I had a negative experience. When being ushered into the dining area, it was onto a very wet floor, with no warning signs. Needless to say, I slipped and fell. Nothing was broken and I didnt need to see a doctor, but I was bruised and sore. The situation was handled well on the day and a phone call a few days later but not a word from their head office, not even an apology when it was clear negligence on their side. 😔

  Hotel typical of airport hotels. Rooms comfortable. Good choices for breakfast. Staff friendly and ready to assist. Shuttle bus to and from airport is useful.

  Service. This is what brings out the best of this old building nestled amongst the busyness of the airport. Don't expect the modernized appeal of some of the bigger hotels, but what you can expect and probably will receive in abundance is people who care. From the reception, to the porter to the housekeeping, in the breakfast and dinner restaurant, to the management. You will receive smiles and attention from people who actually care. Sometimes in this world, during this chaos, all we need is people to care. We'll done GC team.

  The staff here was very welcoming. This includes the airport shuttle drivers and the welcoming staff at reception. I was there during the Christmas season and the decorations were beautiful. I really liked this. Golden tip: there's a shuttle to the airport available every 30 minutes.

  Garden Court, your staff are absolute gems!! Organised, friendly and go out of their way to make sure guests are taken care of. This has been my experience since I checked in here. Well done! Hotel is neat, well maintained, grounds are amazing with manicured grass and lovely relaxing spots to hang out and everything is well maintained. Rooms are lovely, spacious and has everything you need. Good variety for breakfast and dining area is well staffed to assist and keep tables clear of dirty plates and cups. Conference rooms are good, all equipment in good working order and staff nearby to assist if needed.
