::The staff were great, friendly and helpful to the Max. The one room I stayed in, the aircon wasn't working. The other one the bathroom had an odour. The food was great when eating at the restaurant but not great when ordering in the room... The beds and pillows weren't bad and the rooms were spacious with a safe in the cupboard for small belonging like a small laptop or ps4. Thanks Mercure for an 3 star-ish stay.

::I come into this hotel from 1996 when was best western ..... I came regularly because was good and convenient...I come here after 5 years and I found not a nice service in rooms and front desk. there's no ceare for the guest here. sadly will be last time that I chose this accommodation.

::Have booked a room online and 2 days later they canceled without letting me know. Because they give preference to physical people coming with money. Have heard cases like mine before and it is a place I honestly do not recommend for their lack of honesty.

::On check in we were told our room is not ready.. When we called the tourism company that booked our room they called the hotel and room was surprisingly available which seemed dodgy..... Otherwise the room was neat, clean, amazingly close to mall... Nice hotel food... Very cold in winter
