::Terrible Experience. Dr Manga. The person who phones you with the blood results is not the doctor and therefore does not understand the patients history. They told us my boyfriend's cholesterol was still slightly high and he must continue with his medication - when he had told the doctor he had been off the medication for 6 months. He was told he needs to drive all the way back for his blood results if he wants to get them from the doctor directly and the doctor will decide whether he charges him for another consultation - because the doctor does not make phone calls. Extremely rude receptionist.
