::@ first the service @ the reception was bad, I was talking to a lady while I was outside via intercom. Didn't want to let me in telling her that one of ladies booked a room and I'm here to see her, then next thing she didn't get back to me while I was outside getting rained on, then luckily 1 and a half later the lady that I came to see convinced the receptionist to open for me
