  This is a large dealership that provided good service. They have knowledgable sales staff and generally offers good deals. The service department is very good and this is the only dealership in Pretoria where I service my VW. You have a dedicated service technician that takes the car from you when you drop it off, supervise the work, keep you updated and then hand the car back to you when done while going through the work that they have done.

  Waiting for Master Technician to discuss issue with 3 year old Vivo and recalcitrant key, who knows I can be here all day, the guys that cut out the middleman when you book a service, so I am not sure about the service level, and why do you have to have your car in for a service between 7 and 8, surely it cannot be that they all start working on all the cars before 8? Will give Master Tech/mechanic another 5-10 minutes to come forth.

  Wonderful service, booked in my car for a major service and all was done in a day. They even washed my car and did other things for their courtesy. Mr Gupta helped me a lot and got to know CC whom I spoke to call a friend of mine who's looking for a car. Reasonable pricing!! Thank you.

  Overall great experience. Had a hick-up when I got here for my 1st service but a quick chat to Richard and Jonathan about my initial experience and they were on the ball in giving me a great customer experience. It's good to see managers and supervisors hands on with clients and more importantly for me, was seeing that poor customer service in their service division is not tolerated. Will definitely recommend them.
