  I took my Rav in for service on. I was in front of the gate 06:30(first in the queue) . They opened at 07:00. I got a call 15:17 to tell me the car is finished. When i got there i waited 15 minutes and asked again where is my car. Then they told me its in the wash queue. Very Bad service. I will not recommend Hatfield toyota. But i will recommend Menlyn. Much beter service.

  The staff was very quick, friendly and readily available. The person who helped me made me feel like a top priority. It was also a nice treat to be given a free sandwich and coffee when I arrived.

  I'm not impressed with the service I've received today. I have requested a quotation more than a month ago to have my vehicle's locking system automated. I am still waiting, however a booking was made and confirmed to have the automation done today. I was then advised after having delivered the vehicle that the person doing this is on leave and that I have to book my vehicle again (third time) to have this done, next year! In addition I have requested, in advance, that clarity be provided whether tie rod ends and rack ends are considered part of the vehicle's extended warranty or not as they are not up to standard as this was confirmed having had the vehicle taken for wheel alignment, at a reputable service provider, that it could not be finalised as a result of 'worn' tie rod ends and rack ends. I have purchased the vehicle September 2017! I was informed that the process has changed wrt warranty requirements and that they have to confirm on their system whether this is covered or not. I have been informed about this process after having delivered the vehicle. I'm very, very disappointed!
