::Value proposition does not nearly meet actual service delivery. My experience has been the worst, I could probably write an essay on how pathetically this bank manages their higher segment of clients. Having a personal banker basically entails having someone who keeps trying to sell you bank products. FNB is great for sales but the service element is just messed up. I've raised my concerns with upper management however there has been no changes and I still question why I'm paying higher bank charges, only to be told that they can't help me with basic things. Doing a foreign payment, for example, was such a big headache and the payment failed however I was notified like 10 days later, just because I complained. If the service you require, can only be received by complaining then this bank is definitely for you.

::I can never get hold of the private banker that was assigned to me, she is always unavailable. Three months on the product and I have had to go into the branch more that when I was on a Premier account.

::The most useless banker ever (Ayanda Radebe) these useless so called bankers I don't know why they exist, the branch even gives better service compared to them worst of all they called us and asked to upgrade us just so that they reap us off. this service deserves a zero. no ethics whatsoever. VBS - I think its time for you to takeover this useless, pot belly's don't deserve to be supported.

::i dont understand why i was sold a product of being a private client who will always have a personal banker who is assigned to take care of all my needs yet when i call him i cannot all the time i cannot get a hold of him, he does not even respond to my emails. This is the most useles service a person can ever have in life. the person who is suppose to be my personal banker is Mashaba, Jeffrey. FNB is my first bank but i honestly hate their service now and i am thinking of switching.
